I've been through this city twice and have been pulled over twice in my company vehicle and given a speeding ticket twice. Both times they said I was speeding but I was not, my vehicle has a tracking GPS that records my speeds and alerts my company when I am speeding I've checked and it shows I never once was over speed limit but I was in fact under by 4 miles... On top of that the ticket says I'm white but I am Hispanic and not white. The city is has faulty equipment, unprofesional police and they appear to be racist as well.
